@carlodelavera9735 as long as it’s the mk2 yes. i’m not sure about gen3. it will not work on mk1s.

@@dartadark1 it’s the only thing that doesn’t get auto applied when importing a tone. since i use the same System EQ on it every time you only need to change it once. if you even want to. i just take away some of the top end on the katana cuz its a bit fizzy

@@kevinmcguinness1113 i’d like to also say that the only improvement i’ve truly seen with the gen3 is how you can move the chain around however you please. other than that i haven’t seen any REAL reason to upgrade. The sneaky amps should work.

@Synthedelic not sure I would rely on "should" as a recommendation tbh. I've heard they don't, was looking to see if anyone could actually confirm. Depending on which block you want to move in the chain, there are restrictions on where you can move it to, you can't just drag and drop it into *_any_* position. Agree though, I haven't seen anywhere near enough in the Gen3s to want to upgrade from my Mk2 Artist.

@@furkanefesahin8123 the gain on amp will add more bass, the gain on od should make it a bit crunchier without adding too much more bass

@@Sparksnorthern the distortions can have a different sound when EQing in front of them. giving a different break apart sound. it’s basically like adding an eq directly onto the distortion pedal.

@@Synthedelic thanks, and I understand that. I just wasn't sure how you gathered that the EQ is before or after based on the visual in Tone Studio. If you look at 1 and 3, the only difference is the amp placement and in both, it's shown after Distortion.

there’s a lot of factors for this. there are other comments on videos just like yours. it mainly comes down to what pickups you’re using, where you’re at in the room in relation to your amp, string gauge, etc. it should be somewhere close to the video and you can do your own little tweaks to make it something you’re happy with.

@@Nate_L_A some people have this problem with my tones. i think it’s pickups and where your ears are hearing the amp from. because all of my tones sound super different with different mic placements
